Lockbox is voucher scanning, batching, and reporting system. Lockbox is a multi-user web based batch control system.
You set up clients and transaction fee's as an administrator. As a scanner transaction are captured along with exception items to
create a batch report for your customer. The client get via E-Mail the batch reports and an export file for processing on their
software system. LockBox interfaces with Maverick 400 series encoders to print deposits slips

 

LockBox system provides an alternative to home grown solutions for voucher scanning, batch processing, and deposit slip printing.
LockBox is a multiuser web based system. LockBox provides web page access to configuration, reporting options, and transaction capture. Customer setup is an easy process using our web interface to define the following:

• * Associations and DDA Account Numbers
  * Transaction Fees and Exception Item Fees
  * Scan Zone Setup
  * Export File Setup

 

LockBox system uses existing technologies such as email for customer reporting. Fallback options for those customers that do not wish to receive email include using PC-Anywhere (big security risk). LockBox was designed with security built in from the basic system concept. We understand that banking systems require secure and robust applications.
