LockBox system provides an alternative to home grown solutions for voucher scanning, batch processing, and deposit slip printing. LockBox is a multiuser web based system. LockBox provides web page access to configuration, reporting options, and transaction capture. Customer setup is an easy process using our web interface to define the following:
- Associations and DDA Account Numbers
- Transaction Fees and Exception Item Fees
- Scan Zone Setup
- Export File Setup
LockBox system uses existing technologies such as E-Mail for customer reporting. Fallback options for those customers that do not wich to receive E-Mail include using PC-Anywhere(big security risk).
